Shay is the best Home Inspector I have ever worked with. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Our report was very thorough and timely, and his pricing is very fair. One of the biggest reasons he stands out to me vs. other Home Inspectors that I have worked with is that he would respond to my questions promptly even many weeks later after I received the inspection report. Shay at West Inspect was great during my early May interactions with him. He was extremely responsive, was able to accomodate an inspection appointment for the coming week (only a couple days after I called), was early, and very knowledgeable. He came highly recommended from a couple of my friends, and he did not disappoint. His after-inspection report was very detailed, with summaries and pictures, and he also provides a sort of starter guide to home maintenance at the end of the inspection. His prices were very reasonable and he was very friendly. Would highly recommend his services!
