Our golden retriever/corgi mix has been to PetMo twice now and we have been pleased with her haircuts every time. Store and facility are very well kept. Credit cards aren’t accepted but not a big problem considering the service is worth every cent.

I recently brought my furry friend to Petmo for grooming, and I was thrilled with the service provided. The experience was truly outstanding from start to finish.The groomers at Petmo were professional and caring, treating my pom with kindness and patience. They listened attentively to my requests and provided expert grooming services that exceeded my expectations. My pom came out looking clean, well-groomed, and happy.

I am deeply disappointed and regretful that I took my puppy to PetMo for grooming services today. It was my puppy's first time getting groomed by someone else, and I had done extensive research and consulted friends before choosing PetMo. My hope was that the experience would be a positive one and that my puppy would be more comfortable with grooming outside in the future.Prior to making the reservation, I specifically requested that do not place my puppy in a dryer box or crate due to his aversion to confined spaces. Upon arrival, I reiterated my request to the gentlemen who serve use and even offered to stay and wait inside the store so I could retrieve my puppy as soon as the grooming was complete. However, my request was ignored.I have been told that the entire process would take about 2 hr, but when I returned after two and a half hours, I was disappointed to learn that my puppy was put into the dryer box for a long time already and that no service except basic wash had been done, no brushing, trimming, or nail cutting. Also, I can see other groomers are working on service other two dogs that came after. I was very worried as I could hear my puppy screaming inside, but the groomer insisted that everything was fine and would not allow me to see my puppy. Eventually, I had to request the service to be terminated to rescue my dog from the dryer box. The total cost for the incomplete grooming service was $65 plus tax, and my dog was wet and shivering uncontrollably in the back seat of my car.I chose PetMo because a friend of mine and his dog had received excellent care from a female groomer there. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service provided by the male groomer assigned to us. As a pet owner, it is crucial for me to ensure my furry friend is comfortable and safe, which I feel was not the case in this instance.

A very good pet store near Metrotown, where I took my Teddy for pet grooming and was extremely satisfied! I notice that they offer cat grooming as well, so I will bring my two cats here next time to give it a try.

Highly recommend! I was referred to Cici by a stranger as I noticed their doodle had a great haircut. We have a Cockapoo who's been to a few places and Cici is hands down the best. The cuts are always consistent, she listens and provides great suggestions. Very professional service! We have been coming here since we got him as a pup and will continue to use Cici's service. I have brought my cats and dog Marble in for grooming many times and I have been very happy with the experience each time, the service is excellent.My dog loves to move around and PetMo says that they can't do some details perfectly because he is not calm, but I think they do a perfect job and I am very happy with the result after the trimming.I highly recommend this place！
