Disappointed by the experience. We bought tickets for 3 and were told we had to wait for the 11am bus; so we went for a walk and came back around 1055. The bus was completely full, felt like they sold way too many tickets so we were not allowed on. Next bus came 5 min later but didn’t depart until 1130; and was full at that point as well. We had to get on and wait for 25 mins with our 8 and 2 year old until departure. We got off the second stop walked around and ended up taking a cab back to the hotel. Next day when waiting for bus the ones that we saw were also completely full. They should not sell that many tickets that it’s basically unusable for most. Also, schedule now is every 30 min not 15 min. Would appreciate someone from the company reaching out to me.

Excellent tour: Frank the driver, Rishard the guide are fun, informative combo- thank you both!, on Sundays 9am tour even better: fewer cars, less traffic, lots fun!

The tour was convenient; and tour guides were nice. I gave this rating; because the brunette receptionist with glasses was very rude to us for not having our bracelets from the day before. However, we weren’t told to reuse our bracelets for the next day; but she still gave us attitude and toss a receipt at me. They should include this on their website or be willing to give more bracelets. At least you can see different sites over two days and not worry about transportation as long as you follow along bus schedule.

My daughter loved this overall. However, we were stuck in traffic for like 30mins and needing to use the bathroom, which was CLOSED (seriously why? It was clean). Finally the tour guide unlocked it when he realized it was a problem.I agree with other reviewers the quality of the tour guide varies, none being terrible in our experience. Also, it would've been helpful if the stops were marked somehow. We tried to get back on close to Maison Smith on Mt Royal and had to ask other tour buses where exactly in the massive parking lot" to wait. In case our bus parked on the opposite end... and left without us"

I bought a combination pass - 2 days, 1 night tour. The first day was great and had amazing guides. I did end up stuck at their starting point for several hours waiting for the night tour at 7. Unfortunately the underground city closes at 5 on Sunday. Eventually the bus arrived and everyone pushed & shoved to get on first so despite the fact I was there first, I almost didn’t get a seat upstairs. Fortunately I did but then things changed. Due to being stopped in traffic, I knew I wouldn’t be able to continue without using a restroom so when they offered a courtesy stop at the old harbor, I got off. The representative in the red shirt told me to meet right where we were in one hour. 45 minutes later I met at that spot but when the bus arrived, the driver pointed up the road. With bad knees I almost didn’t make it to the bus - it was quite a jog. There were no seats upstairs and one downstairs (side facing). People were literally laying around sleeping. At another stop a few downstairs got off so I at least got a forward facing seat. But I saw absolutely nothing. It was a long ride and quite disappointing. I’d like to say the tour was informative but I couldn’t hear over the people talking in front of me. Today I tried again. The bus broke down at stop 4. Another showed up after a wait but only had 11 spots. People crowded the bus because of course they have to. When I saw the line starting to form, I realized it was too hot to stay there then hoping to get a decent seat.. I gave up. I’ve been on these tours before in other cities but this was not worth it.

We rode in theHop On Hop Off" for 2 days in May. We had several very knowledgeable tour guides that provided excellent information throughout the ride & we learn so much abt beautiful Montreal. Unfortunately

We would like to acknowledge the outstanding commentary provided by your tour guide Jean-Bernard Cote during our hop on hop off bus experience in Montreal yesterday. His knowledge and presentation was second to none and as an added bonus his sense of humour was hilarious! He is valuable asset to your organisation.Graham & Sally LewisJohn & Jenny Langley(Australian tourists)

In Montreal, took a gray line buss hop on hop in very good experience it cost 60 cad dollars for two hours for site seen. JB our host has had the perfect knowledge of the city of all the historical places, very funny nice guy, he wants to be the PRIME MINISTER of Canada. Drivers name I don’t remember May be sage or something, very smooth driving enjoy a lot.. we sit on the top of double decker, be careful with tree and bushes if sit on the side of the bus might accidentally hit on your eyes, wear sunglasses and a hat, check weather before buy the tickets as unexpected rain might come, don’t for get to give them TIP they work very hard. Thank you JB and DRIVER…
