Horizon Towers

I've been living here almost 2 years. Nothing but great things. Staff always friendly and hosts small get together to meet others in the building. Quick responses on any fixes need. 100% recommend living here.

Me and my partner lived here, last year we moved to newly built condos in King George, we were welcomed with basket of food in our kitchen. And only $1400 for brand new one bedroom condo, pets friendly. We didn’t have good experience living in this place, the building has so many problems, and one of the big one is water shutdowns

Living at Horizon Towers is an incredible experience. The building is in excellent condition, the amenities are nice, the neighbours are friendly, and the management staff is extremely efficient. I have lived here for a year and have always received adequate support. I particularly appreciate the support of Lupe and Nicole with all the follow-up they give to my requests.I assure you that if you choose Horizon Towers, you will find a perfect home.

Be aware where you live. Do yourself a favor and search what happened in 2019. It was a trauma I can never forget. I was with my wife and kids when fully armed men opened our doors. They were looking for a kidnappers who were residing in the building. One of the kidnappers jumped off the 11th floors. I am still shocked how could they kidnap people and bring them in the building yet no management was aware of it or monitoring? Imagine someone open your door during night and enter with guns. I moved out with my family not just us but many of my friends moved out. This building is not safe for families and children. Many of the positive comments are coming from friends and relatives of managers, don’t fall for it.

My Mother Moved into Horizon Towers in 2018. She has loved living there. The Staff have treated her fantastic as have the other residents. Everyone there is really friendly and very helpful. When a suite came available that had insulted laundry they notified my Mom right away of its availability. When she became hospitalized and unable to live on her own anymore The staff at Horizon went out of their way to make her move out smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Horizon Towers to anyone looking to rent in Burnaby.

I came to Horizon 2.5 years ago....Change is scary and I needed to feel safe, Jay and Nicole have been amazing. There were both efficient, friendly and went above and beyond. I broke my leg and they took care of my dog while I was in the hospital, made sure I had everything I needed for a speedy recovery. I have left horizon but I have stayed with Realstar. Nicole was instrumental with my move to another Realstar property. Jay took care of things I was not able to ....as always a superstar. I could not have done this without them. I feel blessed to have had these amazing people in my life. Thank you for making me feel like safe when I needed it most.

My mom moved into The Horizon Towers when she was 88 years old after selling her house because she was not ready for a care home. She loved the family vibe, the cleanliness and the gatherings and get togethers hosted by the apartment management, the pool, the little doggy park and when there was something needed fixing it was taken care of right away. She felt safe there and the location was close to everything she needed. She had to move out quite suddenly due to a health issue and Jay and Nicole helped her in every way they could. In this competitive and impersonal rental market I highly recommended Horizon Towers if you want a friendly and fair housing experience.

I used to live here, now I moved to Hazel towers. This is an old building with water shut down problems almost every week, elevator problems, water leakage. Hazel tower is brand new and exact same amount of rent you would be paying in this building, so why not rent a newer and cleaner place if the rent is same.
