Once they get your your money ,the staff doesn't call you back for when ypu have questions or need help.

Excellent service

Experienced a few problems with the customer service during the summer of 2019. After much time, issues where finally resolved. A big thank you to the manager for sorting out the issues.

Fast friendly service. Staff is super knowledgeable and helped us with what we needed. In ans out in 15 minutes and got what we needed to set up the pool.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. As another review has said, once they have your money they don't care about you anymore. I had my 24 foot pool installed with heat pump and all the accessories. Installation team did a great job, probably because it was an independent company contracted out by club piscine. After install the foreman tried to turn on the pump and found it to be faulty. He called the store and no one would answer him, he left a message to get back to me as soon as possible. They did not call me back so I did. No one would give me a plan of action or timeline to one the issue would be resolved. 5 days later water that I paid to be delivered is untreated and not circulating , going stagnant. Still no one will give me a timeline or plan even though I ask them every day and they PROMISE to call me back before the end of the day... and still waiting for a Manger to call me back.Update the manager finally called me back and said he was disappointed that I wrote a review before talking to him and that he doesn't understand why I would be so frustrated about a broken pump because these things happen... I was not upset about the pump, I understand those things happen and it's out of their control, what was in there control was telling me how and when they would fix it and actually calling me back when they promised to, he offered to do a free water test and resolve any hardness issue I may have with my water. This is not a fix for me, all I really wanted was an apology for being told over and over again I would be called back with no answer but instead I was told his employees are very busy... then just don't promise to call me back, tell me you will fix it by a certain time and stick to what you say.

Spent $14K on a new hot tub that was delivered May 2nd without electrical box, (we had the electrician waiting to install that afternoon) without stairs, and without the standard outside lighting, (not sure I understand how it is standard but not installed?) ....we had to go to the store and take demo steps because they were on back order, (we were never told that), electrical box they gave us at the store was from another client who apparently did not need it right away, (again not told there was an issue and we would not receive it with the delivery of the hot tub) and we are still waiting for the exterior lighting to be installed? Bottom line, in future I would not pay these guys in full until I received everything, seems once they have your money you just don't matter anymore

Very bad and nonsensical service due to Covid, understaffed at water testing, inefficient, long line, long wait outside. Idiotic lawn furniture set up forces a bottleneck where 2 metres impossible

After installation of a new 18’ above ground pool we’ve spent the last 2 weeks trying to solve a problem with no pressure when trying to backwash…a visit from one of the co-owners of Club P quickly & efficiently resolved our problem (a stupid connection mistake made by yours truly…) excellent, courteous and expert service…kudos & thanks!!!

Beautiful set up. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Able to find bilingual help when needed.

Terrible customer service. Honestly, once they had our money they stopped providing any customer service whatsoever. Instead, they promised that a manager would call us to help with the defective pump they installed. We kept calling because they never called back. Went to the store and apparently there are no managers in-store to help. There is also no scehdule of when the managers will be in store. They told me to express my concerns to who appeared to be a receptionist. After complaining to the receptionist and letting her know I would be back every day until the manager deals with the situtation, the manager called a couple of hours later. We paid Club Piscine for installation and water just to have a smooth install. We had cheaper and available options for the installation. We ended up with a pump with a missing on-switch and hundreds of dollars of water stagnating in our brand new pool and not so much as an apology. Ridiculous. Get your pool, spa, waterever else anywhere else unless you don't mind be ghosted once they take your money.
