It’s a better experience If you order to go or even better by drive thru. Staff is really rude and always on rush, I believe because it’s McDonald’s however .... clients are always expecting good service. If you ask for a napkin to will get 1 napkin , so better to be specific with quantities

As mentioned by others, Service is horribly slow. Waited 15min for vanilla ice cream with only 2 customers ahead of me. Other people who came after me were served their fries and burgers. I raised my voice to express my concerns and the manager told me don't yell at his employees?Manager needs training on customer service.Won't be going here anymore.

Every time I visited McDonald in Oshawa Centre. I feel so happy when I got the food. Today are very different and special. Two woman staffs (One is cashier white woman and one is light blue uniform white woman). They both provided very good service to me. I never seen them before. Honestly they really gave me warm feeling. Thank you for your restaurant service!

Can’t expect much as it’s McDonald’s and i stopped going here awhile ago but then I saw ads for the chicken big Mac, wanted to try it (and it taste pretty good) but man the employees don’t care at all and just throw the meat half in the burger, the cheese is half melted on the side and sauce barely hit the burger lol

Nice staff, good food, but every single seat and booth are dirty. I hate messy customers too, I know how annoying it is to have to clean up after other people who just make a mess but you should be checking every so often just to make sure it gets cleaned up anyways. Otherwise customers have to just push dirty stuff off themselves but there’s still crumbs and stains

Customer service absolutely horrible disgusting unacceptable the way they treated me and handled the situation. I always get atleast one shamrock shake a year and they made the drink wrong disgusting and so they wouldn’t give me a refund and the guy who made my drink thought I was in the wrong and no sorry from the worker who made the drink horrible. Went to another location and they said do you have the shake I’m like they took it from me. I have worked in fast food places before and when someone messes up the order which is okay we’re all human nobody’s prefect! The right thing is to say I’m sorry I’ll make you a new drink! God I’m never going back ever terrible.

The worst I pre order my food and walk from the other end of the mall to get it and still wait 10-15 minutes for it to be put together. More staff or better scheduling would be ideal. It’s a busy Saturday morning and there are three people one of which is the manager trying to get the orders together for 20+ people waiting in line.

Worse location I have ever visited. Garbage bin inside of the restaurant was overflowing... Drink station was extremely dirty... Service was extremely slow causing two customers to request their money back due to the wait time which is unheard of from any McDonald's branch. Management needs to step in and review staff and location since the appearance, cleanliness and staff is a reflection of the McDonald's franchise.

I visited today July4th after lunch. The tables were clean and condiments table were filled. The staff assigned on those job was alert and consistently wiping the table as soon as the customer left the table, he never stop doing it and just continuously doing his job, Great job!!! The cashier was great too and they were fast in taking orders and preparing the food.... Thank you all for everything that you do...
