Best service of Cellicon in Richmond centre. I visited this shop yesterday to fix my iPhone. The staff is very polite and provide a great customer service. They fix my phone on reasonable price and in less than one hour. I appreciate them and surely visit in future.

Replaced my iPhone X screen here about 6 months ago. Screen popped open yesterday - upon investigation, I found that instead of an OLED screen, the technician replaced it with a LCD screen. Explains why the picture quality was poor. Screen also did not have clips holding it to the frame like they are supposed to - it was held in place entirely by the waterproofing adhesive. The motherboard was also missing a screw. Don't recommend this place if you want a high-quality replacement. Only upside is that the replacement was fast - took around 30 minutes if I remember correctly.

The staff member was very polite and awesome!They have a wide selection of phone cases and warranty for their screen protectors.However, a downfall If you are interested in purchasing a “paper-like/ matte” screen protector for your IPad (specifically the IPad Gen 5), I would kindly suggest a different location.Having experience from working at a phone case store with screen protectors, cases, etc. I was highly unsatisfied with the custom made finish of the “Paper-like/ Matte” screen protector from Cellicon. The custom made screen protector that I purchased, is a gel like finish, leaves a mark If you are using the apple pencil, and does not cover the full screen.
