Amazing and fast service. I needed a dress altered for my friends wedding and was able to get it done within 2 weeks below budget!The hem lines are super clean and well stitched. Will definitely come again for future pieces even though I live in kanata!

We brought my Mackage jacket to be cleaned and when it was returned it had black stains all over the collar. When we told them, they took it back and it took over a month to get it back. When I finally got it back it had a smell like thinner and it had lost all the fluffiness. I took it out now to wear it as it’s a sling jacket and it lost all its fluffiness. They ruined my 1000$ jacket.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, extremely rude replaced a poor quality zipper with the exact same one that didn't work obviously. When I asked about what should I do her response was not my problem". I'm out a dress and 35$"

Elsa has done all my alterations for the last 20 years. The quality of the work has always been excellent. She is always happy, pleasant, polite and provides helpful suggestions. The value for money is great as well. I strongly recommend her.

For dry clean, be careful she is a CHEATER. Don't go there unless you want to lose your money, time and nerves. She may not send your clothes to Browns. Two times I received back my shirts with their stainsuncleaned (one long sleeve shirt and another a Polo which she took $10 for it, the other shirts were without stains so I was unable to determine what she did). When I complained she said they are uncleanable

Worst service ever! I told her what I assumed was wrong with the garment, and she went ahead and changed it knowing full well that something else was causing the issue!! And when asked about it afterwards she just said that it wasn't her problem. I take my garment to a professional" hoping she could help fix it and this is what I get....a still broken garment and no refund....what a shame"
