Friday evening, 1 poor soul handling the whole store. No one else on the floor for Customer assistance that actually wanted to help. Cashier gentleman handled all that he could and did not get frazzled. His colleagues were useless. Having said that, this store is huge. So much to offer, and a few good deals and a few not so good deals. #localguide

If I could give zero stars I would. The 2 times I've gone in it was cashier's that were there were slow and rude. I picked up a hard hat out of where I thought it was coming from saw the price and politely asked the cashier if it was right and she proceeded to let me know that if she corrected the whole store they would go out of business. Horrible attitude and even worse customer service. Please don't shop here staff is aggressive

Very rude cashier. Almost seemed upset with us for asking questions and was outwardly rude to us when we forgot to ask for some potting soil. Threw the receipt at my husband instead of just putting it down or handing it to him. Also been hearing even worse stories about this place from family and friends.

I miss when it was called TSC but basicly the same thing still. Its like the best yard sale you've ever been too. It has a distinct smell that you can't put your finger on but is familar. They have so much stuff that they don't even know what they got. If you don't find what you're looking for. You havn't rummaged enough. 10/10 would rummage again.

Very disappointed I have been too three different locations giving my information everytime because for some reason it doesn't save in your system I was at your Rockland location on December 3rd around 3:30 or so I was buying a few small items and one bag of chicken food and when. I got to the cash they still didn't have my info saved I explained that I was in a hurry and I did not want a go through this process again it's ridiculous how I have to give personal info for buying one bag of chicken and dealing with your so called manager really did not help the situation I have buying chicken feed at many different stores and I have never had to go through such experience this is my last purchase with your company

As I suspected, after reading reviews left by UN-happy customers, that they are in full awareness of the delays encountered by clients and they don't seem to give 2 craps about it....Archaic, is what this is, I mean, I remember when the internet was in it's infancy but for theses things to happen in 2023....POS systems are designed to track inventory, so when a Clerc tells me she/he doesn't know where the good is at, well, I have hard time believing that...Plus if they really cared they would of take my phone# and call me back , type of deal, not hang up on me and with an attitude at that!

My last visit wasn't great. I always have trouble finding help from employees here. On this last visit, no one at the cash to customer service. Waited about 3-4 minutes, then went across the street to Canadian Tire instead.
