We have been using Network Repairs for about 10 years. They manage all aspects of our local area network, including domain controller, MS Exchange and various other Hyper V instances. I addition they have provided us with several data backup solutions including AppAssure with second site data sync plus virus and ransomware protection along with other similar applications. As we operate in several locations across Canada and the USA plus have multiple staff that are highly mobile, their ability to remotely connect to and support devices that may have problems is a very valuable asset. When needed they are also available on site for server and or client PC support. Most of the time the support team is able to resolve the issue first pass, however if a tougher situation arises, they can be trusted to dig deeper and research what is required to resolve. All in all a company that tries hard for its customers and is reasonable with their fees.
