Absolutely amazing service! We contacted J&S as they were referred by our septic company. Joe was extremelyResponsive, getting back to me after hours almost immediately when we had a pretty serious ongoing issue (blockage up near the house). They were here the next day and solved the problem (it was a big one) in less than an hour…..I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future. Service and Professional knowledge at this level like this is hard to find in any industry, especially in the NEK! 5 Star experience!

Joe was quick to respond, and efficiently evaluated our blocked sewer line problems. They had everything on hand that they needed to get the unpleasant job done. I was very impressed. Everything was left clean, and tidy.The price was very reasonable considering all I have heard about the expense of using this specialized equipment. I am one happy customer, and would refer anyone to J&S!!!

No one wants to call for a sewer back up on a Saturday, but I did. I am so pleased I was referred to Joe. He showed up earlier than projected, worked to determine the issue and had to return the following day with additional equipment. Not only did he clear my lines but also added two clean out ports for future maintenance. And most importantly, he did it for half of what I was expecting it to cost me on a weekend emergency call out. Excellent job, very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend J&S to any one that needs to get the job done correctly, with up front honesty and and at a great price.

When the issue arose with our pump system we were referred to Joe. My message was returned promptly and Joe arrived the next day precisely as scheduled. In short order he determined the problem and helped us work through the situation. His repairs were timely and fully explained and professionally installed. I strongly recommend J & S Waterworks.

Called Joe for a water leak repair in our Mobile Home Park Friday Night at 4:30 he was there and ready to repair by 8:00am next morning fixed it and water was running by . He worked in the pouring ran great experience, would recommend them to anyone. I will have them back for all our water line repairs. Thanks Joe

Joe responded right away (on a weekend) to our lake pump issues. He immediately set us up with a new pump and installed everything within days. He also checked in more than once afterwards to see how things were working. He’ll be our go-to guy for all our lake camp plumbing needs. Fast, Friendly, Professional! Couldn’t ask for more.

I recommend J&S waterworks. Joe told me what was wrong why I didn’t have water, bought a new water pressure tank and the next day he was here installing it for me. Highly recommended to anyone that needs anything done.

Joe responded to our SOS immediately, not just by answering the phone when we called but by actually arriving onsite within a couple of hours. When our problem was bigger than any of us knew from the beginning, he made arrangements to come back to keep plugging away (or rather UNplugging away!) first thing the next morning. It is clear that Joe cares about both the work he does and the people he is doing the work for. He was highly communicative and honest with us throughout the process, and should we need these kinds of services again, J&S Water Supply will definitely be our first call.
