Crock A Doodle Mississauga-Meadowvale

Had an awesome time here decorating items with my niece. Crock A Doodle offers plenty of colours and unique items to decorate to make your piece uniquely yours.Staff was friendly and our appointment was met at the time we booked for.Don't expect to leave with your item as it will require going in the kiln to get the glazed effect, but our pieces were ready for pickup mere days later.Overall a great experience that I would recommend!

First time coming here and it was such a nice experience! All of our creations turned out beautifully and the staff were so incredibly nice to everyone. It was a relaxing time being able to sit back and paint. I think I’ll definitely be returning with a loved one again in the future. :)

The pieces seemed a little pricey at first, but Laura was excellent in explaining the process and getting any needed supplies. The firing process is scheduled, so don't expect to take your paint pottery home the same day.

Been here twice now and both times had a great experience. The employees are kind and go over the process at the beginning of painting the pottery. First time I went my piece had small bubbles on it and the employees were kind enough to go over it and fix it up for me.This is the perfect place for a cute date or children’s birthday party as well.

Had a wonderful time! Our group ranging from 4-30 years old had fun. Loved the selection of pieces to choose from. Can't wait to pick up once they're done!

I was in the area with some friends and we ended up here on a whim as we were having a girls night; looking for something fun to do. I came in on Saturday night and the girl working - I think her name was Maya was so attentive and kind. We were a little overbearing with questions as this was our first time at a pottery painting place and she was so patient and kind in answering all our questions.She is the perfect example of what great customer service is.

My son had his birthday party at this location this morning and it was excellent. The girls working were both great, the staff member (I didn't get her name) that helped the kids get set up was fantastic!The location is very neat and organized. The party room is very nice.All the kids had a great time.I would recommend this place for kids parties 100%! & I will definitely be returning in the future.

such a fun place to go for something different to do and you get a little trinket out of it. I had so much fun here and really can’t wait to go back. the staff were so kind and helpful. the whole atmosphere was great

Unbelievably rude and unreasonable staff. Truly disappointed.I have been taking my kids here since the place opened and have had countless great memories and have always loved the staff.Today’s terrible experience blew me away and left us more than disappointed.I took my daughter there to meet a friend and they were admittedly 45 minutes late for the reservation. Both are super quiet and very shy girls and this was one of there first experiences out without parents. After 10 minutes sitting and painting, the supervisor, Elena came and gave them a warning that they only had 10 minutes left. My daughter, feeling nervous that they had to leave and could not finish, texted us afraid they would not have enough time.My husband called and spoke to Elena and was told this was their policy as they need to clean the table before the next people come in. He asked if they could stay to finish if the 2:30 reservation did not show up by 2:45 and she agreed.Although her demeanour on the phone was cold and difficult we understood as we were late and did not expect to take the seats of other reservations.After Elena put the phone down she kept glaring at the girls and giving them dirty looks and they were afraid to look up as they would meet her intimidating stare.About 15 minutes later she told the girls, “it looks like you are almost done but you have to leave now” because they were expecting a reservation. They were told to finish at home ( her friend cannot not even return to get her piece fired as she lives 45 minutes away). One of the other employees took away their paints and started packing it up so they could take it home to finish.When I arrived to pick her up shortly after, a reservation had still not shown up and I counted empty chairs- 2 big empty tables and 1 small empty table, and one 4 seat table with 2 people at it.I told Elena how unhappy I was with the service as the girls are being kicked out could have clearly stayed to finish their 2 small pieces with all the empty seats, which remained empty by the time we left the parking lot 30 minutes later. The other girl told me it was because they had to clean the 2 spots the girls had used at the big empty table, meanwhile none of the other empty tables had been cleaned for all the supposed reservations they were expecting.I even explained to Elena that this was a special day and the girls were meeting after so long and that they had looked forward to this experience together and I was shocked after all the years we have been going that this was even happening. Her rude response lead me to explain that I did not think I should have to pay for the piece we did not want to take home to finish since my daughter was being kicked out when the place had so much empty seats.I am not sure if folding her arms and repeatedly rolling her eyes are part of the customer service training Elena received or just a personal skill she excelled at. Also, the solution she proposed was to call the police (as the other girl snickered) if I did not buy the unfinished piece I was not taking. I was ok with that and told her I would wait for her to call the police since also she refused to call her supervisor/owner of the store on the phone. I don’t see this as any different as getting terrible food and terrible service at a restaurant and wanting to leave without eating the meal that was ordered.If you love employees who give dirty looks, intimidate little girls, roll their eyes continuously as they cross their arms, have no ability to reason with customers, make customers feel unwelcome and like criminals and over all terrible attitudes then this is definitely the place to go.Sadly, after all the memories and pieces we have collected as a family over the years, this is the terrible and final memory we take away from here. A real shame.**the closest table in the photo shows the mess that was still there by the customers who left before the girls were told to leave.*

It was a very easy and fun experience, all the paints and brushes you can imagine are available. Everything is clean and organized well. The staff were very welcoming and easy to talk too.
