I have emailed them several times as i ordered 2 fingerlings back at the beginning of Dec 2017 and when i finally got the package it was nt fingerlings I had 2 pair of sun glasses, I have emailed them several times and got no answers I paid 50.88 for them and never got what i ordered, and now i am stuck with sun glasses that are no use to me the fingerlings where for my granddaughters 8 and 7 and i had to explain to them that they never got them cause someone messed up, NOT A HAPPY PERSON AT ALL

I can't believe it has had to come to this but maybe a somewhat public shaming will get some action.Wowwee Canada customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I have had some bad customer service issues with other companies in the past but Wowwee is quickly climbing to the top of the list.We purchased the R.E.V. Aeon Driver Edition at Christmas and found that the recharge kit was defective. I opened a ticket with Customer Service and received a quick reply apologizing for the defective parts, and was told (after I had provided model numbers and proof of purchase) that replacement parts would ship to me the first week in January after the warehouse reopened.Well now skip ahead to the end of January and guess what? My ticket is still open and after multiple requests for an update on the status of my ticket, I continue to get no response from this company.If this is what they consider customer service, and you do purchase one of their products (I have no issues with the product - only customer service), you had better hope that you never need to contact them for anything. If you do have to deal with customer service, just be prepared for one of the most frustrating processes possible.Your move, Wowwee.

Bought a product. Product broke after a few months. Created a ticket 6 weeks ago. Still haven't even had a reply. Sent 2 follow up emails. Their phone number just gives you instructions where to get support online
