I have been very fortunate to experience reflexology treatments by Roberta and I could not express how much relief and relaxation I received. Roberta offers a very nurturing and calming presence throughout her treatments, I always feel very comfortable rested after each session. I feel as though she focuses on a mind, body, and spirit approach, offering a variety of treatments that can individually focus on those areas or altogether.I would highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a safe space to relax and reset!

Yesterday I walked into Roberta's sanctuary thinking I knew what I wanted from the session. After talking for a few minutes I knew she knew what I needed so I left it to her and was amazed. The experience was greater than I could have imagined. During it I found a variety of emotions stirring and releasing. Afterwards I had an abundance of energy and later that evening the most profound peace I have felt in years. I am so grateful to have met Roberta. Highly recommended.
