YMM General Contracting

I got a quote from YMM General Contracting back in April for siding repairs and caulking. I was told the job could be done within a week. They showed up once to start repairs and never saw them again. They left damaged vinyl siding in my backyard, didn't bother to clean.It is End of July, I have tried to follow up with them more than 5 times already, by phone and email. All I get is We will call you back to finish the job".My recommendation: If they can't get a small job done properly in a timely manner

A little disappointed with the customer service. Called to get a quote on a demolition, was told that they would go and look at the job to be done and would call with quote. It's been 4 days and I have not received a call.

They did an awesome job in our basement. I am pleased with the quality of their work and how they pay attention to detail. I highly recommend and will definitely hire them again.

Had them come and replace and install flooring in my new house. Carpet is a completely different colour then the pictures. They installed the wrong flooring in the basement and then had to rip it up pushing them 3 days back. There are a bunch of spots where the flooring is bubbled. Was told they would be coming back to finish the stairs. Haven’t heard from them in almost a week. So I have a bunch of unfinished flooring and a couple other spots they were gonna fix. Highly recommend you find someone else to do your Reno’s.

Hired Don Fear (YMM contracting) to complete 3 levels of flooring as well as some ceiling repairs. Not a single job was completed, the carpet was a different colour then the photo we were given. They put in decanter flooring in the basement stated they removed it but just took the darker coloured pieces out and mixed in the eldorado flooring we wanted. They did that on both the basement and main floor areas.The stairs were left untouched. They did not put any underlay and when asked they lied and said they did. They left a big mess and there are big gaps in the areas beside the fireplace -that won’t be hidden by baseboards.The ceiling is left looking worse then it did as holes.They used our kitchen sink as a paint tray and stole some tools from us.When asked politely if they saw the tools they completely stopped responding and we are left with the worst “professional” job I have ever seen.He took our deposit and left us with floors we have to replace, ASAP an unfinished ceiling and jaded attitude towards the industry.Save your money and literally hire anyone but him.

They were recommended by our friends of ours who have used them before.We didn't know what to expect as we never used them .But I must admit we are impressed by the quality of their work, they pay attention to details and they listen to what their clients wants.We had our whole kitchen remodeled and our bathroom done and we had never been happier with the result. We are very satisfied and we highly recommend this business. Infact we recommeded them too to our family member who are needing crack repair and they have it done in no time.
