Amazing staff! My daughter broke a string off her guitar (purchased from this location). I brought the guitar with me. The string cost just $1.30. Ryan Kisoon took his time and replaced the string for me and tuned the guitar! I totally recommend this location for purchasing instruments and repairs!

If I can give this place 10 stars I would!!! Had everything I needed. The staff here are amazing.. customer service 10/10! Went two days this week, one day to buy an acoustic guitar/get my strings fixed and another day to buy a ukelele and both times 10/10 customer service! Very helpful. I’d recommended for sure

Denzil is amazing and very knowledgeable. Came in looking for guidance and he guided me along the way the entire time (couple hours) with care and patience. He seems to be popular in the store as a lot of customers come to him directly for support. I can see why. Thanks again.

Thank you Long and McQuade Brampton for their exceptional customer support and for their excellent service that they provided constantly. Managers Daniel Batista and Fernando Anaya are they reason for me loving and doing business with long and McQuade always.Daniel has always been the very best always for his warm gesture and exceptional support always. Fernando, who I met yesterday for the first time, was excellent in helping resolve the closure of my payment and made it easy to get everything done on time. They both have always provided timely and helpful advice regarding any purchase that I make. all the staff help me know all the important information regarding the product including its features, adjustable buttons and any minor details or concerns.Also, Staff like Denzil from the sound division who has an exceptional knowledge and sense of customer support and commitment make the change. Garry, Cassidy, Julia,liz too have excellent follow-up and always help with any information required.I am extremely thankful to all the staff of long and Mcquade Brampton for having a caring approach and being truly professional.

This is one of my favorite Long and Mcquade locations to go to, infact I go out of my way to come here because of how amazing the staff is. This review is based on a new guitar I recently purchased which was the Taylor Academy 10. I want to give a hudge thank you to Meno, he is so knowledgeable and has so much passion for what he does and he knows everything about acoustic guitars. Meno really helped me find the guitar I was looking for within my budget, I walked in wanting a Martin X series but I ended up walking out with the Taylor Academy 10. I'm personally not a fan of big plastic tuner systems cut into the guitar which most of the Martin's had at that price point and the sound of the Taylor really cuts through a band mix and it was a full sized dreadnought with no cutaway, it just fit the bill! Anyways if your looking for your dream instrument and want the best service, I HIGHLY recommend the Brampton Location. All long and mcquades are awesome but to me this store is special. I've been shopping at Long & McQuade Brampton for YEARS, and I've never had an issue with any of the staff, they're all friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.Today, I want to give a special shout outs to Cassidy who assisted me with a fairly big rental that I needed for the weekend. She was very pleasant to speak to, and ensured I had everything I needed. Thanks for everything!

I was shocked with all the collections and overall vibe of this place..trust me when i say this.I left my guitar playing hobby in my country when i moved here and when i went into this store and had a wonderful time trying and playing different instruments with such a cordial staff, i was blown away and it literally forced me to start playing guitar once again...i bought yamaha c40 and now i am so happy to feel the same hobby again after a long time.
