Lady that works there seems so annoyed when you ask a question, even if its just the price. No customer service etiquette at all.

The owner lady not friendly and its hard to ask. She's always busy on the phone. And you cannot talk very much.

Store seems to be run by a single lady, Wendy who is not customer centric. Wanted to order a bathroom vanity since the price seemed to be cheaper than other places. It did turn out big hassle to order it and she wanted cash payment upfront in full which was little odd. Vanity built was no where of same quality as are displayed in the showroom. Countertop is ok quality but had to be picked up from another business. Vanity is cheaply made of plywood held together by metal brackets. Plywood has already chipped off at the base and will certainly be damaged soon since vanity has no legs. Overall very unhappy with the product for the price paid.
