Troi did a fantastic job of inspecting our potential home purchase for us. He was 15 minutes early, and did a thorough job of not only reviewing the property, but explaining to both me and my wife why things were the way they were, what was normal, and what might be an exception. He was patient with our questions, and if we pointed anything out we were wondering about, he responded with professionalism and good knowledge of whatever issue we had found. He was responsive to e-mails and texts, and had significant tools and equipment to properly evaluate the property. Would not hesitate to use him again for another home purchase... and he's a Browns fan... just a bonus!

We booked a home inspection to evaluate our house to prepare for a future sale. It was very easy to book an appointment online, and Troi was very professional and thorough for the whole process. He answered our questions that we had and there was great communication throughout. It had snowed heavily the day of the inspection, so he came back another day to complete the roof part of the inspection. This extra dedication is much appreciated!

Not satisfied, many points during home inspection were overlooked by Troi. He inspected appliances; fridge is leaking and water dispenser is not working. Also all burners are sparking even turning only one burner of my gas stove. He inspected utility room; humidifier water inlet is leaking while turning it on. He inspected ceiling, potential active leakage in ceiling. He was unable to locate missing vent covers on many points in the house, which were found by the furnace cleaning guy later on while cleaning the furnace. The furnace cleaner also noticed cracks in my furnace. I think Troi needs some extra training and knowledge regarding home inspections.

Pegasus was the first company to come up when I searched for a home inspector for High River. I left Troi a voicemail and within 30 minutes he called me back and was able to accommodate an appointment window while I waited for some behind the scenes stuff from my bank. He showed up, got right to it and was incredibly thorough. Once everything was completed, he gave me a run down on the more important points of the inspection then provided the report the same evening. I was impressed with the quantity and quality of photos as well as the information provided for everything. I'm extremely happy he was the first guy I called. Would recommend Troi 100%

Troi made the booking process very easy. His inspection was extremely thorough, the roof of the property was snow covered, but he still climbed up and cleaned a portion of the roof to get the general feel for the age and condition.
