It's a big confusing empty building that holds a lot of office space and medical / doctor's offices.The front of the building could use more parking, but the side has a big parcade. Instead of a poster of the entrance, it would be really helpful if there was a person who could tell you where you needed to go. It's not like people browse in this mall.

Best auto car wash on the west side. Hands down! Not cheap by any stretch but does a better job cleaning. The blow dryers at the end do leave a little to be desired though.One of the few on town with jets that blast under your car when you drive in. Great for mud removal.

Met up with my niece who's attending UofL she took us there and we spent the day in this shopping area. Tond of great snacking spots, and some good grocery shopping too.Yup, you may of guessed it, it was all my treat. Can't wait to go again.

Good selection of shopping, dining and services. Kind of annoying that the turn over on new stores is pretty quick sometimes. The store you like may not be there next week. Also ample parking

Shops are easily accessible and egress is good. Proximity to residential areas is good. I wish they'd have more shade trees to offset the heat sink parking lot. As with all shopping centres in Lethbridge, the bus stop is far away so makes it difficult for those wishing to avoid use of automobiles.
