Nice building, Love the repurpose of an old movie theater preserving the interior design and the façade. Good job. Sad that there was not enough sponsors and clients to keep the movies running. I just enter to see the results and I love the feeling.

I recently visited theBeauty Boutique and I was extremely pleased with my experience! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere wasincredible. Every product I looked at was of high quality and I even got one as a gift. It was great as a gift and I'm so glad I chose the Beauty Boutique. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends and family. Highly recommend this great shop. A haven for beauty products and services!

I shop here a lot with my husband. I always need Tylenol,Tiger balm,Ensure,etc...it's selection is good. But,the cosmetics department workers are NOT friendly. They racially profile in the store. But,it's convenient. Take the good with the bad. I guess

Interesting layout and stunning interior! The beauty section was by far one of the most nicest departments in all of Shoppers! The perfume section was very well laid out with a huge assortment! They even had urban decay!! A full array of products and samples! The customer service was great! I kind of wish they have more make up remover and accessibility to a sink. Beautiful store regardless!

My first time stepping into the most beautiful Shopper's at Runnymede Bloor location was the best experience I've ever had at a Shopper's. The beauty boutique ladies all smiled and greeted me as I stepped downstairs. I was lucky to receive amazing advice and tips on strip eyelash application and eye makeup from the beauty boutique manager Cherine. I felt a really good energy in this store and I was made to feel so special with all the employees. I noticed how patient and kind beauty associate Eden was with one of the senior clients too. I plan to only shop here for my cosmetics because of the wonderful ladies of the Shopper's Runnymede beauty boutique.

Will definitely start coming to this shoppers more often after the service I received at the Beauty Boutique. I needed to pick up some new products that would work with my sensitive reactive skin and a lovely young lady named Nicole helped me pick up exactly what I needed. She took her time with me in addressing my concerns and was incredibly knowledgeable on ingredients & makeup that wouldn’t settle into my lines or cause my skin to react. I am so grateful for such an amazing service

The store is beautiful and staff are helpful enough. However, as many reviewers have said, the shopping experience has become extremely uncomfortable. A few weeks ago, I was here buying a few things and testing fragrances. A security guard followed me and paced alongside me so closely that he kept brushing up against me physically.Today, security was busy harassing someone else, but staff followed me around the beauty area and wouldn’t let me hang onto products as I continued shopping in other areas of the store. All I had on me was a basket and a shopping bag.Both experiences left me with a sick feeling. It’s sad because I used to really enjoy shopping here. With so many other reviews telling similar stories, this needs to be addressed.

this is the worst shoppers in toronto. which is unfortunate because it happens to be my most convenient location, but ill avoid going here unless necessary.the security guards make it a wholly unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. they clearly target individuals based off of personal bias and will follow you relentlessly around the store, making shopping very uncomfortable. when i asked the security guard about why hes following me specifically and so obviously, he argued with me. what is the manager here planning to do about this issue, considering many other reviews here are addressing this same issue? do better and train your staff properly.

This is by far the worst experience ever to be had at a shopper's location. The store itself is beautiful but the staff is horrible. I was one of the last people shopping there and they had all the store staff and security watching and following me. I had a full cart and generally really enjoy shopping but I was made to feel like I had a gun and a robber mask. The staff on the floor was unhelpful, not answering questions and being borderline rude and what seemed like 4-6 security officers following me and looking at me in such a way that I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything and ended up bursting in tears upon stepping out of there. Needless to say I will not be returning there. I know the Weston family doesn't care about a few hundred bucks of my purchase but I tell you this: if you are to spend your hard-earned money, go somewhere you will be appreciated and treated with dignity and respect. This is not that place. I am a very put-together, single mom and an employment specialist social worker by calling. I was made to feel like dirt and will be speaking to their regional manager asap. Everyone who was working there tonight should be fired or rigorously reprimanded and retrained.Do not waste your time and money here if you have any self-respect go to another location. There are a few close by. I just had to say that.
