Came here to be fitted for a wedding. The staff were all very helpful. The store itself is very clean and well kept. My friend and I who was also getting fitted for the wedding did not make an appointment but the staff was able to accommodate. For fittings appointments are required. Have bought a couple dress shirts from here as well that were great quality. Definetley recommend if you are in need of a suit or any formal attire.

The service I received was top-notch. Katie stepped up to assist me in finding just the right suit, shirt, and tie. I would recommend that if you're in the store, you ask for her... she knows her stuff, and if it's something beyond her current knowledge, she's not afraid to ask one of the more seasoned staff.

When I was preparing to marry my wife, we originally were going to rent suites. Then covid happened and our numbers went from over 200plus to 50 by law at the time. Frustrated and worried about the deposit I went to this location and they were wonderful. Not only did they refund me the deposit due to covid which they didn't haft to but under the circumstances they did. They also helped me find a reasonable priced suit that I loved. Nice navy blue suit, white shirt, tan belt and dress shoes oh an tie and pocket hanky. They service was fast and friendly. They made the adjustments in record time and saved my wedding. I have used this suit now for other wedding and a photo shoot for a work promo. If you planning on renting or buying a suit go here. You won't regret it. Thank me later.

Went in looking to create an entire wardrobe within a fair budget and left absolutely satisfied. Very friendly staff, listened to what I suggested, and saved me a tonne of money. I highly recommend anyone stop into this location, the service is fantastic!

My experience was good, they were very helpful with my partner and while I needed an appointment with a woman for a fitting for policy reasons, I was able to get one within a couple days, on the weekend so I was not rushed after work. Their selection is quite large and both my partner and I found what we were looking for. Next time, I would call ahead. Maybe that's not a reason to subtract a star, as they market to men, but I found it to be a barrier. It turns out in the summer most places do dresses for women and suits are harder to find in women's shops, especially conservative color and style. Maybe booking on their website and letting them know female staff is needed could be an option in the future?

Great place to get fitted and customer service was great. I really like how you can set up a wedding party number and that number is good across Canada. My brother was in Halifax and was able to get fitted with no hassle.

I bought a sport jacket and a pair of slacks from Moores in belleville. The staff went out of their way for me. They provided me with excellent customer service and they where able to find the right colors for me. I highly recommend Moores in Belleville for all your formal men's wear needs.
