I ordered a blizzard cake online and picked it up before my fiancé's birthday dinner. I noticed once I arrived home that it had the wrong name on it (Chris instead of Curtis). I called the store who confirmed it was their mistake as the order clearly said Happy Birthday Curtis" and let me know the manager would phone the following day to discuss how to make up for it. I didn't hear anything for 2 days so I called and was told the manager was off sick

Was pleasantly surprised with our meals from Dairy Queen but there were two issues. The positives were staff were friendly & both meals were great. Fries were cooked perfectly, chicken fingers were moist, the burger was delicious and the mint blizzard was outstanding. The negatives were the cashier that took payments via cash ( mine and one other that I noticed ) handled the food wearing the same gloves he took and gave cash wearing. He wasn't the cook, just packaged the food but yes the fries are open, not boxed/covered on the top. Everything else was boxed ( closed ). Other issues was I ordered ranch & buffalo dips but ended up with two ranch as you will see in the picture attached.

Food was good as usual.What I liked more was the small message on the take out bag which makes us feel nice.Thank you Elyse for having the patience to write that. It does mean a lot.

It's been one of those nights where everything could go wrong. So my partner decided to give us a treat from Dairy queen. I'm not a super sweet tooth so I put very specific instructions and got the complete opposite of what I asked for. The most sweetest blizzard that I couldn't even eat. They mixed our orders 100 %. And of course I have no way of going out there so complete inconvenience.

Came for Blizzards, friendly staff, our order was prepared pretty quick, restaurant was clean and tidy, great experience. Mint Ore was good Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough a little too sweet for me.

never gonna visit againmy friend and I ordered cookie blizzardand we got royal oreo blizzard, we didnt know that because it looks similar inside, but when we tried taste it tastes completely different, and it was so melted, so my friend and wewent to the counter we ordered this we got wrong one so the guy staff saidno I gave you right one,and then we thought we were wrong because he looks so confident about it , and when we backed to the table me and my friends thinking thats weird because it tastes different so we googled it , found its different one and guy staff took order wrong, and then we went the counter again this time women staff , there so we brought Receipt to her we got wrong blizzard, and she didnt say sorry at alllooking doubtful , saying to my friendyou almost finished your blizzard :)very much sarcastic^^so I told her oh because we went to counter we asked the other guy he said we were wrong thats why my friend finished almost blizzard,and she still doubtful she didnt say sorry at all, she just said here your refund cash take it, no apologizes,none of your staffs didnt didn't apologize, worst experiences I have ever had, never gonna visit again, and PLEASE if you did mistake from you work, APOLOGIZEwe are not poor that icecream for free just because you re busy had long day donest mean you can treat me my day like this, and even you got me new cookie icecream we couldn't finish new one , because we were so upset about your behavior
