Great service and very helpful staff. Been going there for years for copies/print job or shipping things.

If I could this would be a zero rating. It cost me $52.50 to send a document in a standard brown envelope to downtown Vancouver. It was deemed as same day but arrived the next day. My sister sent the exact same docs. from Belleville Ontario and it cost her $29.00 for overnight. I called customer service and was told the stores charge by volume and there are no guidelines for shipping rates that they must adhere to. Basically they can gouge whatever they like. No tracking number was given either as he doesn't issue them. He says they are a private" outlet

I have been coming here frequently for several years. The people leaving negative reviews need a reality check. The people at this store are lovely, always extremely busy, and they work very hard. I have never seen anyone working at this store be anything but gracious, kind and helpful. We are very lucky to have this service in a rural town of only ~10,000 permanent residents. This is a very difficulty service to provide, and the people at this store do an excellent job.

Called 40 mins ahead to print simple letter. Emailed all details Arrive and they have the printer disassembled. Complete waste of time for anyone working trying to conduct business

Terrible UPS store. I agree with the other reviewers. The guy who runs this is very arrogant. In fact, at one point he actually charged me for a FedEx branded box. You know, the ones that FedEx gives them for free. He was a real jerk about it, too. Overall an awful experience, and terrible for the FedEx brand. How is this store still in business?

It's a busy small store and appreciate that they are always open and happy to help.

worst shipping experience i’ve ever had. i called the company everyday for a week to confirm that i dont need to be present for my delivery and then it failed to deliver because i wasn’t present. i was ready to stay home and wait for it but didn’t because i was told i didn’t need to. nobody on the customer support line gave me the consistent information, every person says something different.that contradicts the last and when i mention that they always blame the person before for being wrong. tried to do the review after the call but they refuse to hang up so i cannot review them. sat on the line waiting to review for 15 minutes after telling the lady to hang up and then she just sat there silently until she finally transferred me to a dead number.

I always have the best service at the Whistler UPS store! The staff are friendly and keen to help out to make your visit fast and effortless as possible. When they have COVID maximum occupancies and the store was full by people using the equipment indoors, they would come outside and just take the packages right off your hands to avoid having to wait in line for others to finish up. They regularly offer to package my items up and off for me. Thanks for your great service always!

It’s been 2 week my package is supposed to be arrived! 2 week ago they tell me it was gonna be there in 1 week. 1 week later never got it then they tell me it was gonna be there two days after.Never got it and now i still never got it. So nice
