Swede's Towing LLC

I called Swede tow truck because we went into a ditch (icy, snowy road). Randy answered the call and was there in 15 minutes! He was friendly and professional. He even gave us a heads up to certain intersections in the area where cars have been known to go into the ditch (or cornfield!). I definitely recommend and will use their service again should the need arise. Thank you again Randy!

Excellent service, very nice guy and reasonable price

Randy was awesome! Friendly, fast and reasonably priced. We had a vehicle that needed to get towed about 8 miles to a repair shop. We called AAA, and had a 2 hr window for a tow truck. Long story short, waited 4 hrs and still no tow truck. Thank goodness we weren't in the middle of nowhere! We called Swede's because we saw him drop off a vehicle at a different shop while we were waiting in our other car for hours. (Fate hinting to us to call Swede's.) I'm so glad we called him. We told him our ordeal with AAA, asked his price and timeframe, and he said he could be there in 30 minutes. I think he was there in 20! I was pleased he used a flatbed tow truck, much better for the vehicles. He secured it properly at both ends of the vehicle. My Dad's a retired truck driver, and I've watched him load many vehicles on his own car trailer, so I look for that stuff. He was careful but efficient. We probably talked his ear off, he was so friendly, but he kept on working. I hope we didn't distract him too much. Randy got our vehicle to the shop with zero problems; he earned a future repeat customer for sure. Seriously, we are happy to find such great company/service available locally. We will definitely call him again if we need to. Thanks Randy, you made a bad night much better.

He is exceptionally kind and understanding of circumstances, very respectful and comfortable to do business with! Second time calling him for a tow last minute and he made it work each time. Not to mention best prices I've ever gotten for a tow, will only be calling Swedes for any future tows!

First off I will say if I could select more than 5 stars I would. On our way to Canada after a 3 year wait. Just got past Wyoming and noticed some smoke. Yup bearing… called Swede’s towing and he was right on time and loaded our boat on his flat bed and made sure it was secured and treated it like it was his! Business and driver both get more than 5 stars! Thanks Swede’s Towing!!!!

After waiting hours for a tire service from another company that never showed , towing and going showed up in less than 15 minutes. The gentleman was extremely patient and helpful. Changed my tires right away and then helped me jump my battery as well. Superb service , very professional, reliable and fast. Thank you !
