I called Golden Ears Auto with a shifting problem, and 10 minutes cost me only $20 because it was a simple temporary fix. I will call the guy again in case any other problem arises. Thanks again!

Went in for a brake pad replacement on the front and rear. I dropped my car off late Friday night and came Saturday morning it was done and ready to go. Fast, efficient, friendly and more than fairly priced. I will be returning in a heartbeat next time I need work done. Cheers Jessie.

I fixed brakes systems 2 times on my Honda Odyssey. Jesse did a good job both times.

Truck died on the side of the road.Went home and smoked a blunt.Made a call from my couch.The owner came and took a look, problem unknown. Sent a tow truck to take it to his shop.2 hours later and on a Sunday I get a call... all fixed.Finding a shop that'll get you up and running on a last minute notice on a Sunday. Cheers.I'm a do it yourself kind of guy put this was way out of my knowledge.I'll be back.

One week prior, I made an appointment for Friday, May 18, at 10:00 AM to have my heater core replaced.Jesse, the owner of Golden Ears Auto, told me it would be a 6 hour job and finished by the end of the day.Later Jesse told me it will take a little longer and I could pick my vehicle up on Saturday mourning. I asked him how the job was going, he said it was coming along fine and he would give me a call when he was finished. On Saturday mourning I did not get a call, so I waited until 1:00 PM to call Jesse to see how things were going. Jesse told me he had an unexpected visit from his mother in-law but he is heading to work to finish the job by the end of Saturday. I told him OK, I will be there to pick my vehicle up. I arrived at Golden Ears Auto at 4:00 PM. The gates were locked, Jesse was not there, and I could see my vehicle with the doors open ,the windows down, and the hood up. I looked closely to see how far along on the job Jesse had come. I could see the panel was not off ( needed to replace the core). I went to have a closer look, I saw the new heater core still inside the box( I supplied), the coolant I gave him not touched, and the vehicle untouched by Jesse. No work was done! I phoned Jesse and told him I need my vehicle to go to work, and he had done nothing so far. Jesse started to swear at me, He said I told you I had to take care of issues (family issues) and the job will be done when he gets to it. I told him I need my vehicle for work and could he open the gates so I could have my vehicle. Jesse swore and threatened me, Jesse in his rant said he will see if he could come down and open the gates in 2 hours. He swore and said he was having personal issues and I will have to wait. I waited for 3 hours and decided to go to the Police. The Police told me it was a civil matter but they will give him a call. The police told me they spoke to Jesse and he will open his business on Sunday mourning. On Sunday I went to pick my vehicle up. On arriving the gates were open and I went in and drove my vehicle away. NO WORK WAS DONE. I missed 2 days of work so I could have my vehicle repaired. I am a longshoreman, I can work any day I want and I missed Saturday and Sunday because of Jesse. I now made an appointment with Canadian Tire to have the job done.
