Their incompetence costs me a thousand dollars. asked them for Property Condition Assessment prior purchasing a commercial building. paid $ 2800 for the report based on an information I provided. Pretty expensive interview". I was expecting THEM to find any possible faults. Founded out after purchase problems with the roof.Rather hire a residential home inspector for $ 500-$ 700 and more likely get better results. One star is still too much for the rating."
