Been going here for years! They always have what I need, and the staff is ALWAYS so friendly, and happy. It’s so clean, open, and organized. (Especially their new location).They offer so much, and are always so interested in our pets. Such an amazing deal they give when you get a new kitten (and I assume for puppies as well). Whether through them, or wherever you adopt. A whole load of deals they offer for you to get started with your new addition to your family. Thanks for always being so amazing! ♥️

Not the largest pet store, but still has a surprising selection of pet supplies for your fur (or water, or scales?) baby! Staff are knowledgable and cheerful and clearly have a heart for animals. We also really enjoy the self serve dog wash stations. Shampoo, conditioner, towels and dryer... this is an amazing store.

Great experience here, staff are amazing and being autistic I love to take my time and feel textures, didn't feel rushed once! Loved every minute of it! Will go again

The girls were amazing! I took my dogs there each for a wash and they were lovely. I don't shop here often because the prices are a bit high on most things but the store is always organized and decent variety.

I gave four stars because the staff at this store treats us with respect and dignity. They are pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable. I normally get the product that I am seeking for my service dog, Nefertiti.

We had an amazing 1st time experience with our newly adopted cat Jordy there when we needed his claws clipped. Haley was absolutely amazing and friendly. Prices for toys and accessories arent bad at all and the selection is vast.Only downside is we have adopted a new cat, and PetValu couldnt take him on as he's a new cat, and they aren't taking in anymore new cats.We have since moved those kinds of services to somewhere where both our fuzzy children can be at together, and not 2 different places.....as our older cat has seperation anxiety.
