Our financial advisor has disappeared off planet earth. We missed buying a home due to her tardiness and she doesn't reply to emails or phone calls about simple day to day banking. We have been waiting almost1 year for a product that paperwork was completed for and never finalized on the advisors end. The hub can't even get in touch with her. Find a better bank who actually wishes to help you.

Went above and beyond for us. Best customer service ever. We 're in the process of leaving BMO and will never deal with another mortgage broker ever after the amazing customer service we have received from NCU. Highly recommend.
