Love how they email when they'll be in my area so I don't have to worry about running out. Reliable folks. Compared to companies I used before which were a real pain to deal, with I HIGHLY recommend Puretap. The distilled water is GREAT quality as well! Very happy customer!!

Needed to get a water provider for distilled water for my humidifier at home during this cold winter, instead of carting water home every couple days. Called for some info and advice and they were very accommodating and even delivered on the same day that I ordered which was great! I like being able to order online but still have someone available to talk to when I need to. Look forward to working with them!Um just got my delivery and they sent me some pasta too! The delivery guy was SO nice. VERY HAPPY!

We have been a HAPPY customer since 2010, and been enjoying their products, mainly their distilled water for our espresso machine. Incredibly great customer service. I was looking online for a way to get distilled water for my humidifiers without having to get lots of small bottles to recycle. The 18L hard plastic jugs are the perfect solution. The jugs are reusable (just the bottle deposit which is then refunded when they pick up the empty bottles when they deliver new ones) and convenient with a handle to carry them. Awesome service - customer service is extremely responsive and water gets delivered so quickly. I will continue to use Puretap and strongly recommend choosing them to deliver distilled water as an alternative to small grocery store bottles (which is so much more wasteful and expensive).

The website is clear and helpful. Delivery was quick and exactly according to my instructions, and the product is excellent. The comfy handle on the 18L jug is a very nice hand-sparing touch for those of us who have to carry the jugs for storage.

Delivery drivers are always amazing, polite and courteous. Orders are always fulfilled quickly, sometimes even same day! Never had an issue with an order, these guys are the best. Would definitely recommend them.

I've tried the rest, and Puretap is the best!Let me tell you why...1. The Distilled water is very clean and fresh. We not only use it for consumption, but for all of our baby needs aswell. I always put in orders in the summer for day trips and to keep in the SUV.Short story..We re-order bi-weekly and sometimes monthly depending on our needs. When I missed my order due to the birth of our son, I reached out to Puretap... Jennifer was understanding and was able to accommodate our needs.. they came the next day, and dropped off 5 bottles. Puretap water and service are great. The water quality is excellent, delivery is reliable and they're very accommodating. If you know the benefits of distilled water (and there are many) and want to have it in your home (without plastic wastage), I highly recommend Puretap.
