Perry and Ray offered a specialized menu for our wedding. Char-crusted beef tenderloin with béarnaise sauce, handmade chicken cordon bleu...even the spinach salad was above and beyond, with the addition of feta, berries and eggs. Knowing that we have them as our team for one of our most stressful and important days, means the world to us. Couldn't recommend their services more! They certainly left a wonderful culinary impression on us. Cheers

Perry and his team did a party for my family and was fabulous and hilarious the Salmon Wellington w/ Hollandaise sauce was fantastic. Will be recommending his company to everyone!!

Ray and Perry and their crew are the full package deal. We have used them on several occasions and have always had rave reviews. The food is spectacular. The service is impeccable and my home is spotless when they leave. Whether it’s a party of 30 or 100 they are beyond capable of entertaining with a flair I haven’t seen with other catering companies.

Exactly what I was looking for - a bowl of French onion soup and a glass of wine while I read. Mushrooms on toast were delicious too. Amazing service.

Perry and Ray deliver delicious food right to your event or home, with humorous enthusiasm. Once the food has been served they clean up and leave your kitchen in better condition than they found it. The only sign that they've been there are the satisfied faces and the sated appetites of you and your guests. Did I say the food IS DELICIOUS !!!!

I can’t say enough, how much our crowd enjoyed Perry’s food. If I could give more stars I would. The jumbo coconut shrimp and char crusted beef tenderloin with Bearnaise sauce were a couple of favourites. To top off the great food, is Perry’s personality. We really enjoyed him and his two wonderful helpers.

5 STARS all the way to Perry and his team!! Every time Perry does catering for my family and friends it is a homerun. The food is always delicious and of course super convenient. But most of all it is his amazing personality and attitude making the entire experience a pleasure to deal with.

The amazing meal we had at my daughter and son in law’s wedding dinner was better than I ever anticipated.I have eaten many meals that Perry has prepared, this was even better than all of those before.The spinach salad with homemade lemon dressing, spinach, berries and eggs. WOW, it was sooo pretty and scrumptious!The main, a large 1/2 portion beef tenderloin with béarnaise sauce, a large 1/2 portion chicken cordon bleu (bread crumbs on chicken breast wrapped around smoked Gouda, spinach and smoked ham, deep fried) whipped garlic potatoes, fresh and seasoned asparagus and sliced carrots.There are a lot of foodies in our family and they were raving over the meal, who’s the caterer? are they local? get me their card!The presentation was a work of art…so pleasing to the eye.The staff is so efficient, fun, professional and obviously work as a team, well done.The meal so added to our wonderful event, thank you Perry, Ray and team, an evening not soon forgotten.
