I am happy this store in neibourhood. Service is good, lots of products varities comparable with home depot, good website to find anything before go to store, finally prices are competative.

Excellent customer service. While browsing i was asked twice if i needed any help finding anything. The staff were really helpful in providing own experiences. Useful pictures in the store simply explain how to install wiring or plumbing.

Great store. Knowledgeable staff. It is not huge so you can get in and out quickly. Good selection - they had everything i needed. Definitely recommend.

The store associates are usually very helpful! I had someone spend time helping me pick out all I needed to stain my deck as a novice. I love that everything is arranged in sections that are easily accessible. I come here for all my hardware needs to be honest!

Very expensive. Nice working people though. They should strive to be more competitive. It's a missed opportunity to attract customers with fair prices when you are not one of the largest chains out there. A few examples: utility knife (plastic) for $17, moving blankets at $41. I saw moving blankets at Home Depot for $26, and that was expensive.

Went here because a nearby Home Hardware was out of what I was looking for. I was impressed with its size. I've always liked Home Hardware and this one is phenomenal. It had me wishing I lived closer to it so it could be my goto store!

Good variety of product. However, it was hard to find someone to help you with products selection in the plumbing section. Also, they were not interested in helping clients.
