Based on my first experience, they came off as honest, fair, easy to work with and trustworthy regarding mechanical needs.Talking to the receptionist (over the phone and in person) as well as the mechanic ( in person) would confirm this.I recommend them.

The entire experience at Precision Auto is outstanding. Not only are the mechanics knowledgeable and experienced with a wide range of vehicles but you get an honest opinion and a pleasant phone call from their receptionist (who is also very knowledgeable) to walk you through your options. My family has trusted this shop for all of our service needs and is always impressed. Anything from a brake job to pulling a motor, they've done it, and done it well!

I've taken my vehicles to Precision for many years now. They always give you options, explore ways to save money if possible, and let you know up front what you're dealing with. They seem honest and efficient and have been available on short notice to help with the minor issues as well such as a tire repair. I highly recommend Precision Auto.

Saved the vacation. Was visiting from out of town and heard some concerning noises in my truck. A search turned up Precision Auto with 100% 5 stars (really, a mechanic with all positive reviews - unheard of right?). Even though they were fully booked, they squeezed me in, diagnosed a failing water pump, and changed it the same day for a fair price. Precision Auto made sure I was ready to roll for the rest of my holiday and a safe trip home. Another 5 star from me - thanks to everyone at Precision Auto.
