Great customer service, super friendly ladies! Both nail technicians are very detail orientated, they take their time to ensure perfection not rushed like other salons. Thanks for a great experience. :)

This was my first visit at this location. Kim was very friendly and professional. She took her time with my nails and did an amazing job. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Had an amazing first time experience!… although we managed to get a late, last minute appointment, the owner (I believe Kim) still took her time to perfect our nails while including and un-rushed hand massage and service. Super satisfied with my results exactly what I wanted… highly recommend spa will be going again for sure. thank you so much!

I have not had my nails done in a long time by a professional. So super happy I found this nail spa. Kim did my nails I chose the solar gel manicure and I am loving the look. A week later and it looks like I just did them:)I will absolutely go back. The place was super clean and dozens of nail colours to choose from.

Unbelievable unprofessional. I called and made appointment for 5 pm, and specifically said that I’m in a rush, and will have to leave by 6 pm. When I came, they told me that I have to wait up until 5:45. Worst service ever.

Was referred to Kim at Simple Nails from a few people, after a disappointing pedicure experience at another local nail spot in town. The Spa Pedicure I received at Simple Nails not only met my expectations, it exceeded them! Kim is a true gem!
