Jaxon made me a custom straw hat for my Greece trip and it is now my favourite! The I asked for something neutral and warm and he listened to everything I asked for. He added a very special detail for a close friend of mine who passed and adored hats. I am forever grateful for this piece of art.

Wow, where to begin. I got my first hat from Jaxon back in 2021, and I loved the process so much I immediately ordered a second. It was truly a bespoke experience from start to finish. His attention to every little detail was so appreciated, and he never tried to convince me of any design choices. He truly wanted each piece to be what I really wanted, and both hats are works of art; so much so that they are displayed as such on the wall in my house. This year I decided I wanted to change the colour scheme and design of my first hat so he invited me to the workshop and we went through new fabrics and he redressed the hat as beautiful as he dressed it the first time. I can’t ever express how incredible the work is with just words, but I would recommend a Jaxon Howell hat to anyone and everyone. I will be back for more. Thanks bro!

Jaxon collaborated with me to custom-tailor every detail, and even built in a few mementos from my travels and pyrographed my favourite song lyric by hand.
