Fiddleheads Health and Nutrition

I have always had a really good experience from my purchases here both at the smoothie bar and the rest of the store. My most recent experience today the staff were incredibly friendly and on the ball when it came to helping me which was super amazing because I was on my lunch break. I wish I caught the name of the girl who served me because she deserves recognition for sure :).

Will not be returning as they did not accept amex.

Theres always someone new every time I go to this store. I don't know if they move the staff around the region or not. They have a great variety of stuff but it is not cheap. I have not had much luck with the items for arthritis which is my main concern. The books they have that are free are very educational. I plan to visit the other stores to compare their selections.

I don't generally shop at fiddleheads as I don't find they have much of what I like but I needed sour cream and the store was right there so I ran in. I found a new sour cream from what I usually buy but made from a brand I purchase alot of stuff and it's good so I decided to give it a try as it was the same price as what I normally buy. Paid for my purchases with debit and when I looked at the receipt and noticed the sour cream was $10.49 not $5.99 like the sign said on the shelf I told her I didn't want it as I thought it was only $5.99. Her response was we don't do debit or cash returns only credit card or store credit. Well first of all why would I put a purchase return on a credit card that I didn't use and second why would I want a store credit when I don't shop in the store. So I told this to her and she shrugged her shoulders and said that's what she could do. Definitely not shopping there again. Horrible return policy.

I love organic produce and materials as well as smoothies and fresh lunches but the people who serve the hot and cold food are absolutely unfriendlyl. I started to notice that every time we come in here whoever is working behind the counter is just so unfriendly and acts like they are miserable. Not a nice way to receive a meal.A smile and happy vibe sure goes a long way for a business. Another health food and product store is coming just around the corner and I look forward to giving them my business.

I have been coming here for about 4-5 years. I have always gotten great service and the staff have always been pleasant. In fact, almost every visit I get approached asking if I need any help finding something. Plus the food and the shakes are always great. I disagree with posts by others that really border on abusiveness and vitriol. I have physically been at this store no less than 40-50 times and my experience is very good. It is very wrong that 1 off reviews especially when they recommend a competitor and make blanket negative comments. Smells like a competitor, not a real review.

Awesome staff and well stocked store. If they don't have they will get it. I dealt with Chantal who really knew her Fiddleheads product line. I shopped them all one of the better managed stores.

They have good selection, but have the worst customer service, I bought an item a day before and asked for a return because of best before date to the same sale staff that had served me, and she refused, instead of making a one time offer or even a sorry, I was given a dollar value off of my purchase. As a student buying organic and supporting local businesses seems to benefit both parties except when they treat you like this. Take your money to other local businesses but not here.

Awesome selection of products, they have everything. The staff are hands down the best part!! Just tell them what you need and they are so friendly and knowledgeable ❤️ This place makes my health and life better!!

I've been shopping at Fiddleheads for years and recently had a wonderful experience looking for supplements. Dawn was nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about various products. I look forward to having Dawn help me in the near future.
