NCA: National Concrete Accessories
Went in last week and spoke with Tony A. I was looking for a specialty product but as it had to be ordered in the arrival date was almost three weeks. Tony put some thought into the problem and called me back with a suggestion.....and it worked. I could not be happier. In addition the service level I received when picking up the rest of the order was fast, efficient, and friendly. All-in-all; a great experience.

Terrible experience here. Called ahead of time for pricing and availability and showed up to pick up the product. The first gentlemen i dealt with (long blonde/Orange hair) was absolutely no help and extremely rude. They couldn't find the product and started getting frustrated with me since i insisted i needed that part since i had promised a customer that part. Tim was a lot better to deal with and treated me with respect and ended up finding what i was looking for. The man in the front with the long blonde hair needs to work on his customer service but either way i will never be coming back.

My first visit was a good experience. National Concrete came highly recommended by a fellow associate in the industry. I appreciated Anthony’s honesty and knowledge. He spared me silly sales pitches that annoy me and pretty much explained in detail what I needed and why. That type of sales integrity is hard to find know a days as many people in that role just want to take your money. I will visit again for sure and recommend the company and Anthony to others. I had a great experience today!.I came in with some questions about epoxy floor systems , to my surprise dealing with Timur in sales , I hit the mother load of information. Very knowledgeable and explained the process with various techniques and products. I will come back in spring to purchase products to do my garage floor.

I went in to the store not knowing anything about resurfacing concrete and I left the place feeling like an expert thanks too Larry and tony in particular. I was blown away by how helpful they were, they printed data sheets and recommend me the product and went through the installation process with me. Overall excellent customer service and will not hesitate to go back again for sure

The guys do their best to provide good customer service, they print out info sheets for customers and try to explain how some of the products are used. They have a big wearhouse so they usually have products in stock, however sometimes that means longer wait times because of their ability to handle such high volume. The last 2 years has been stressful and confusing for everyone but I keep seeing progressive improvement.
