As a consultation visit, Dr.Janis, of course, deals with the case professionally and patiently, based on specific evidence and measurements, and presents possible solutions and suggestions to the patient during the consultation session. This gives the consulted client confidence and comfort in dealing, and that the matter is not only financial, but the goal is also treatment and access to the best possible results. As for my son's condition, it is of the infrequent type and requires some waiting time to start treatment, and this leads to clearer and better results in the future. The staff is also nice and treats patients in a professional way. I highly recommend Dr. Jannise as a specialist and a consultant. Thanks.

Dr. Janisse is very detail-oriented. I like that he explained my Invisalign treatment plan and showed me the visual progression how my teeth would look. His explanations provide reassurance and his team is friendly and welcoming. Super glad to have this treatment with them.

I came all the way from Toronto to consult with Dr. Janisse and I was very impressed with him. He was professional, efficient, listen to what I wanted and provided a temporary solution until I had the time to decide what I wanted to do with my permanent bottom wire that was broken. However, prior to meeting with him, his dental assistant, I cannot unfortunately say the same. After trying to explain my situation, busy lifestyle and honesty about my ability to comply to a nighttime retainer given the fact I work permanent nights at the hospital. She was not empathetic. All I could feel is her frustration with me and the fact she was running behind. After 40 mins of us going back and forth, she finally called Dr. Janisse to make the finally call and thank goodness he came. After that it was easy and quick. I understood the “wallpaper“ reference that was repeatedly being told to me but sometimes you have to listen to your patients and work with them. Thank you for Dr. Janisse for doing that and thinking outside the box.

Dr. Janisse and his team are wonderful, I couldn't have gone to a better orthodontist! I had an issue with an appliance in my mouth years after I was done going there and when I called to ask what could be done, they were very friendly, helpful, and understanding, and even got me in the next day! Dr. Janisse and his staff were all excellent with my three kids (ages 5-11) and spoke with them in age-appropriate manner and level of language. Dr. Janisse was very patient and made sure we understood his concerns and recommendations. His staff emailed us quotes right after our appointment which showed they were on top of follow up. The office was clean and the staff followed safety protocols. We would not have any hesitation in recommending Dr. Janisse to anyone, and will be bringing our kids back too.
