This place is amazing. I had to go here to get my son some dry ice for a science experiment. The owner went Above and beyond to help me out very friendly customer service oriented person. I was really impressed with this place and I highly recommend it to anyone needing ice, dry ice or water. Top-notch professionals

Simply Pure Ice & Water
Simply Pure is Simply THE BEST!!!We had a wedding on Salt Spring Island on July 31st and we were stuck with limited resources to get and keep our beverages cold. Troy, Glen and the team helped us figure out what we needed to get the job done AND were able to deliver containers and ice and pick-up the containers the day after the wedding. All of this was on a long weekend!I can't say enough about the service and friendliness of these folks. If you have need for ice (or a solution for keeping things cold) give Troy or Glen a call, you will be happy you did!

Thanks to Dave for helping us out with keeping our catch (coho salmon off Sooke) and fresh seafood cold while flying to its final destination! Flight regulations are tricky and he made it easy and no-fuss. Would recommend and come back next time when we go fishing again!

I went to get ice there tonight and was greeted the door by a friendly gentlemen. It wasn't until he happily completed my transaction that I noticed the sign on the door saying that they closed 25 min ago! I would have come back in the morning, but this guy hooked me up and I can hit the road early with no more stops. 'Above and beyond' service.

I had the BEST experience with Simply Pure Ice & Water. Troy and Wayne are both absolutely lovely and were incredibly accommodating. I was picking up dry ice to do science experiments with my classes, and they were incredibly friendly, informative and communicative. They even gave it to me on the house! The kids absolutely LOVED the experiments and they were all asking where they can get some dry ice for some science experiments of their own. 10/10 would recommend Simply Pure!!

Troy and the team at Simply Pure are the very definition of great customer service! From the get go Troy helped me calculate the quantities of dry ice I would need for our high school production, even went out of his way to source a dry ice fog machine on the island for us! Our small town high school is forever grateful for this care and attention. Our production was next level with your help. I didn't get the names of anyone who worked there and it's a shame because the guy who helped me was a real star. I walked in there, pretty much completely ignorant of what I needed and faffed about for a while trying to figure out which size container and how much dry ice I needed. He was probably annoyed but didn't show it. At all. Thanks guys for being such professionals. I'll know what I need next time. Everything was a lot cheaper than I assumed it'd be.

These guys are top notch! Their product is great, their customer service always exceeds expectations and did you know they opened a second water store in hillside? Its fantastic and they have been so generous, giving away some great deals on their Alkaline Water!
