I brought two Stihl chain saws to get small repairs. One saw needed a recoil fixed and it was fixed. The second saw needed a new muffler. When I went to pick them up I was told the muffler only needed to be tightened and now the saw would not shut off and that I would have to choke it to stop. I said it did not do that when I brought it in. Ken said “Shit Happens”. I was shocked at his comment. Then he went on to say do you want to spend $300 or $400 on it. I paid the bill and left. It needs $15 part and will get it fixed somewhere else.

I brought my lawnmower and my neighbours lawn more here after mine stopped working and his just needed some maintenance. The price was very reasonable, and I’m not one to over paying for anything! I suggest bringing your equipment here for sure, and it was a quick turnaround too , I think a day!

Called to see if they’d tune-up my Honda generator and they said they’d be happy to look at it. I dropped it off, told them everything that was wrong with it and was told they’d get to it the following week, BUT… the lady called the very next morning saying it was ready to be picked up!!! They turned my generator into a brand new one somehow!! Full tune up, new fuel lines, new key, all for a very fair price!! They even went above and beyond to re-mark the switch positions that were faded.Gotta say, love having an amazing local business one can rely on!! Cheers to the team at Kens!!
