They did amazing! Can be pretty busy at times, but you don't need an appointment to get in! When I usually go to get my hair done, I get very uncomfortable and nervous, but here they make me feel very welcome! Definitely recommend!

The staff that is there are good and very nice but you need to get more people! The wait time is crazy.I have lived in Sarnia for two years and options are limited but if the lack of staff continues I will begin to look elsewhere.

Haven’t changed their hours online. Booked a haircut online a short while back, got there, waited for at least half an hour before someone noticed I was there and told me they didn’t have time for my haircut because they were closing soon. Meaning it let me check in on the website, waste about an hour of my time (between driving and waiting), only to get turned away.Likely won’t be back.

Flawed check in system, had a time set from checking in on the app got there 10 minutes before my appt and then was bumped for no reason for my wait to now be 36 minutes when i got there. Whats the point of the app. Useless

This place claims that they are short-staffed when in reality they never have had more than the recommended staff. 1-2 hairdressers at a time when you have 6 chairs means you are terribly managing your business. This has become a usual pattern at this place.Hours still need improvement.Most guys are done work at 5 or 6 and you decide to close shortly after that, effectively eliminating sales.Being told to wait 30 minutes after the appointment means you are the ones that are late, that is your fault, not the customer's.Short-staffed for an appointment?

Hate saying mediocre, but I'm not blown away by the cost:value ratio. It's a way to spend half an hour and have shorter hair. I'm hoping for better each try. The online check-in is nice enough, but the convenience is outweighed by the lack of charisma and talent. Sorry, girls. (They change a lot).

Got online and booked an appointment. Showed up for recommended time. Hairdresser took lunch late and decided not to call and let me know. Was told to wait 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes late before leaving with no haircut. Disgusting.
