I went on a breakaway trip this month and I had an amazing time!! The staff was so nice and I made so many friends and fun memories. Definitely would go again!

When booking the trip we were promised city transportation, skiing, and discounts at local shops and restaurants. All of these highlights made the price for the trip reasonable despite the fact that food and drinks weren’t provided. So, you can understand my disappointment when I realised my money was put to waste. The transportation was disorganized and unreliable. For the first day the bus wasn’t running and when it was it was 30-60 min late. When we went to go skiing the next day many of us weren’t able to because they ran out even if you had booked the skis prior. When we asked if we could go tubing like the website says they informed us that they didn’t have tubes and that people who didn’t get to ski would have to bus back to the hotel. At this point 2/3 days of the trip we barely did anything because the bus wasn’t working the first day and the second day we wasted travelling to a ski resort then not being able to ski. Lastly the “discounted menu” we received from the restaurant attached to the hotel was identical to the regular menu. We paid over $800 for an unorganized , disappointing, and overpriced trip. When I emailed Breakaway after the trip they ignored the email and never responded. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going on a Breakaway Trip.

I’m one of the bus captains in travel to Montreal! It was a wonderful experience for me. All plans were really well organized and managed with super kind peoples. Alex Grant spent lots of time to choose all staff members to keep passengers happy and safe! All passengers were completely supported and monitored by employees although they have their own freedom to do whatever they want. I highly recommend to everyone to have at least one travel with this amazing team!

It's was amazing. I had a great time dancing and especially skiing. Renee was an amazing bus captain. Would definitely go skiing again.

I am a rep for a school in Whitby and Lisa was our rep. She helped us get ready and figure everything out. We stayed at double tree Hilton which was a really good hotel and very clean. Great trip over all!

I had to serve them at work and they let over a hundred students pay for booking when there was no space available anymore. We were under staffed and had to work 15h shifts 2 days straight to prepare their equipment for 100 people when they were actually 500 because they didn’t close their booking….
