Thanks for the cocktail tonight for the official grand Opening and a special hommage to my future seller M. Sylvain Legay. These guy is simply fantastic and very human related and that is what we all search for a great experience in customers services.

My husband has been wanting to trade his vehiclefor a newer one and spoke with Chris Boudreau. This guy is a joke to say the least. He makes so many promises and doesn't keep one. Numerous times he said he would call back and never does. Maybe he is making too much money and doesn't want any new business.If I owned this dealership and discovered his business ethics, he would be out the door immediately. But then I look at these google reviews and notice how the responses from the owner are only to positive ones. They never respond to the bad experiences. It must be in the air. Chris talks the talk but doesn't walk it. It's too bad, because they have a nice selection of vehicles my husband and I liked and now are looking elsewhere. There is no business acumen here, just empty talk and deceitful,misleading directions. One star is stretching it.

Do not recommend their services. They never call you back when they said they will and they do not give you a clear answer on what is going on, when your car will be ready, etc. Additionally, our receipt had many errors on what was done to our car.Dave and Danny as the car technicians were alright to deal with, but beware of Alex! They were rude and inconsiderate when asking when we could pick up our car or when to have an exact date.

I just purchased a vehicle from Kia Val-Belair and was very pleased with the experience. Not only we were able to do the purchase over the phone, but the team was extremely attentive and available for any questions/concerns we had. They were able to deliver the car directly to us (Montreal) which saved us the trip to the dealership. Everyone from the delivery crew, to the sales and financial staff (Alex, Sylvain, and Francis) were great! I highly recommend checking out their inventory for your next car purchase/lease.
