OUTSTANDING. Saying they go above and beyond would be an understatement. Everything that was promised they delivered, and more!I bought a 2010 BMW 323i with 182,000km from them in March. When I purchased the car they had only done a preliminary inspection to see what would need to be done before delivering the vehicle.During their diligent certification, testing and repair process, they came across a multitude of hidden issues. They seamlessly repaired everything prior to delivery of the vehicle. They even flagged and fixed items that could potentially cause me a problem in the future well after any warranty period would have expired. At this point I had not even taken delivery or driven the car. I had only paid the deposit. They did not once ask for a penny more than the original listed price even though I know that these were expensive additional repairs.After having the car for a week I got a low oil warning. I brought it back for them to look at and they decided it would be best to swap in a new engine as the current one had some internal issues that were causing it to excessively burn oil. They could have just topped it off with oil and sent me on my way and I would be SOL. Not only did they swap the engine for zero extra cost but they took the extra time to find one that only had 117,000km on it instead of throwing in another high mileage engine. On top of all of the mechanical work, they also did an amazing job with detailing the car inside and out.There is no doubt they lost money on this sale but they definitely earned a customer for life. When they say they offer the finest quality pre-owned vehicles on the market, they absolutely mean it. I can confidently say that you will NOT find another shop that takes this much pride in their work. Kyle and Kieran were both fantastic to deal with. You would be a fool to buy a used car anywhere else.

I just purchase a 2013 jetta from Kyle and his crew. They are AMAZING to deal with. Very easy going and will do everything to help u. I’m very impressed with how clean and detailed my car is. Smells & looks brand new. I appreciate everything this team has done for me! best dealership ever..

I badly needed a wheel bearing installed. My dealership couldn't take me for 3 weeks.Friends recommended Luxe Auto to me so I called them. Ralph said they were very busy but to bring the car in to have a look. I did and Ralph said he'd see if a mechanic was available to have a look at the wheel. In 2 minutes Joey, one of Luxe's mechanics was at my car with a portable jack checking each wheel, one at a time. He confirmed there was play in the faulty wheel. The other 3 were fine.Joey wasn't sure when I could get it repaired and then said let me talk to my boss. If it's OK with the boss

I’ve bought my first car with Kyle and his crew and they were honestly amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The car was incredibly clean and it was working perfectly fine! When I walked in, I could tell that Kyle was selling quality cars. The garage was very well maintained. The car that I bought was used, but it looked and felt brand new. After sales services were excellent. I’m so glad that I found Auto Luxe Lounge. I 100% recommend this place to everyone.

We are first time costumers. Took our 2010 Dodge Caravan in for servicing on June 29th. Van now runs like new! Very pleased with the service. Staff, polite, friendly, answered all questions and were very accommodating. We will soon be looking for a used car and will certainly keep Luxe Auto in mind.

Kyle and his team displayed nothing but the utmost professionalism, communication, and hard work. I purchased a used Jetta from them, and was ordered brand new tires and black alloy rims that look absolutely beautiful. The car is in fantastic condition and I am very happy with it. Kyle and the Luxe Team are terrific. Have gotten my car detailed several times and had them put on rails and trailer hitch. Very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with.

January 2023After having discovered Luxe Auto Lounge last year, I was there again this month to have paint protection film installed on my new vehicle. This is something I wish I had done in the past on previous cars. Having spent money to repair paint chips to the front of my car in the past, this is a much better investment and proactive way of protecting against chips and keeping my vehicle looking good for the future. Luxe did an excellent job and I got my vehicle back clean and shiny outside and in. At the same time, I had Luxe install a tow hitch on my vehicle, another service they provide. I was very pleased when the final cost came out less than the estimate, as it was simpler to install the hitch than anticipated. Another good experience with Luxe. They are very professional, courteous and honest. I will be back.December 2022It was a pleasure dealing with Kyle and his staff at Luxe Auto Lounge. They were recommended to me by a friend and I just started dealing with them this fall. Most recently, they located winter wheels and tires and mats for my new vehicle at an excellent price. They have been providing truly knowledgeable and helpful advice on everything from buying a used car to protection for the paint on a vehicle to traditional mechanical service. Having been impressed with their service, I will now be taking my wife’s car to Luxe to replace the rear brake rotors and pads (my wife reported noise coming from the rear and when I took the wheel off, you could see that the rotor was grooved and the pad was uneven). Overall, I find the owners and their staff to be friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
