Had a great experience living here for over a year! It was my first apartment in Montréal and Aneesha couldn’t have been more helpful with making the transition seamless.The apartments are tastefully furnished, management is always responsive, and the location right opposite Jeanne Mance park is just perfect. I’d highly recommend living here if you’re lucky enough to find a vacant apartment!

I moved with my family to Montreal Canada in May 2019 and stayed at 4555 Avenue Du Parc over a year. The apartment is good in terms of locations as it has everything at walkable distance be it Grocery shop, Medical shop or Transportation via Bus / Metro.We enjoyed our stayed at Du Parc and Aneesha is really supportive and approachable every time we called her. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay at 4555 Avenue Du Parc.

This was the first place that I lived in after moving to Montreal. The location is great, few steps away from park Jeanne Mance, close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops. The apartments are cosy, however, mine lacked of natural light, nonetheless I had a pleasant stay, the admin is pretty responsive and always willing to help.

My wife and I stayed for a year. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The aparments are small but really cozy. The location is great because you have Provigo a few steps away, lots of restaurants in the area, a bus station and a metro station, and if you are looking for a nice day out, you have the Mont Royal Park just in front. What we loved the most was the attention of Aneesha, she was always there if we needed, she always replied fast and if you are looking for someone to chat with, she is always there.

The apartment is close to Downtown and very well connected in terms of communication. Good facility and well maintained. Would recommend for staying.

Poor quality apartments, incredibly over priced, an awful and unpleasant experience with management. They are dishonest as stated in other review
