I got a gift of a 24k gold necklace from my husband. Overall the designs and quality were nice and very affordable compared to other luxury stores on Alberni. You pay for the heavy gold material, it was good value. I'm hoping for more simple and casual designs in the future, I am not a flashy person.

I have been in contact with Serena for about 2 months prior to my visitation to this store. From our phone call and through text, she has been very informative and attentive. Our visit to the store was spectacular, I got to try on all pieces till I found just the one! Serena has professional attitude, she knows what she's talking about and what looks good together (I was interested in a Guan Yin necklace). From the sizing of the pendant to the overall style, length and design of the necklace, she gave us her valuable opinion. I would not like to have shopped with any other jewellery consultant. Ridiculous that they don't allow you to browse without a sales person harassing you and following you throughout the showroom. The other two times I've been inside the store, the sales person kept following us around without letting us browse freely. Then we've received so many 'follow up' calls from the sales people to come back in to spend money or our store credit. It's a terrible and disgusting sales cycle they have and truly would not be shopping here out of my free willtheir items are overpriced for what they are. Only reason I have been here is to spend in store credit from gift exchanges. What a waste of time driving into downtown to be told 'we are full' and you can come back tomorrow...

Naturally, when we receive uncommonly good services, we want to share with the world. The sales associate was very thoughtful and personable with her approach. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks to her helpful insights and expertise, I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted and complete the transaction within 30 mins! Already looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent service!! I love every piece Serena recommend to me. Due to COVID, I can't visit the Vancouver store; I did all my purchases virtually; you can imagine how hard to recommend jewellery( bracelets/Bangles, necklace) for a stranger and her family. Serena was very informative and accommodating, she was very patient and send me photos for different pieces. She made such great suggestions about what I should pick for.
