Purchased tires and rims at almost $2000. Had our all seasons mounted to new rims and the new snow Tires mounted on old rims.. we were told we could have them swapped free in spring. We took tires with brand new rims home and placed in spare bedroom. We went back to have the free swap and they damaged one of the brand new rims. . The manager looked at video and said he had proof they were not not damaged during swap. I asked to see video, and low and behold it clearly showed exactly when the damage occurred. Even though his own video showed them damaging rim , he still denied it. Small claims court is next. Hope he brings the video. We have spent thousands at this location and we're treated like garbage. Worst customer service ever.

Not a lot to say, can you usually find the things needed, great service and plenty of parking. Really appreciate being able to order online and pick it up instead of having to go in the store.

Needed a new faucet for my kitchen sink and Canadian Tire had lots in stock. Found the perfect one at a reasonable price. Will be going there again if I need anything for home improvements.

I really wish your garden centre was better staffed with people who water the plants and know what they are doing. This year has been exceptionally bad and I pointed it out to a staff member that you can't sell air (no plants) or sell dead plants because of lack of care and water. Who does your ordering of stock? They have really missed the boat this year. I have always purchased all my bedding plants at your store in past years but I am truly disappointed in the your garden shop this year.

Bulk florescent tubes don't have pricing, and because they didn't have the one with the proper k value, I decided not to waste my time while they tried to search for an associate to help locate a price. They have a very limited assortment of florescent tubes to choose from as a lot of bins were out of stock.

Whenever I am in this canafian tire I can never find help if I need it but today just topped it. I went to pick up a couple balloons to surprise my daughter for her birthday in the morning. Ask them to fill up literally two balloons as 4 people were sitting at customer service laughing and talking about their day all of them turned and said oh no sorry we close in an hour.I said it takes less than 10 min to blow up two balloons and to ring me through the cash register. Sorry...Instead I went to a local business to spend my money where they'll appreciate it! Won't be returning.
