They have very chic clothes but due to their staff’s attitude I ended up buying only few items. I tried clothes 2-3 times just to make sure about my size. And the looks that lady was giving me was really annoying.

Impeccable customer service! Thanks to Anna and the rest of the staff at the Cornwall Centre location for always being so helpful and providing advice. The store is always clean and inviting and I am yet to be disappointed with any of the purchases I have made. I like that there is always something new and exciting going on in store, be it new stock arrival, items being moved around or some really good deals. One of the best stores at the Cornwall.

Really bad customer service. I went with my friend to return a top which was uncomfortable. I went to cashier she gave me a gift card (store credit) as they do not have return policy. I was still on the store waiting for my friend and at the moment she called me and said “your card do not have money in it as store policy it’s more than 14 days. You have to take this top back” and she start blaming me that I didn’t check receipt before coming for exchange. I don’t understand why didn’t she check the receipt before giving me store credit which was totally empty. What if I had left the store. I might have lost my money. I can understand the store policy but there is always a way to talk to customers instead of getting rude and she is the one who gave me empty gift card and not even feel sorry for that. I will never visit that store again and not let my friends go to that store.

I love this store. My wardrobe is full of their amazing clothes. Everytime I go to the Cornwall I have to go to Suzy Shier. I had a really awesome blonde lady who is the manager (Anna I think), help me pick a dress. She was being honest about what looked good and what didn't, in a really respectful way. I appreciated her time and help. I LOVE this store!!!!!
