All easy booking and travel from Burlington to Pearson Airport! Great experience no hassles.On our return called the office to book our ride back they hung up on me 3 times. Frustrated, because I was told not to prebook because they are their all the time. Their direction to where to stand sent us to a regular taxi line up area which was 175 people deep!Called the office again spoke to someone new was told to stand so far from the first location ( not fun when you have mobility issues).We were told one price flat rate going and flat rate return but that turns out to not be true! Apparently there is an airport tax" for pick up so the driver told us. We were never informed of this initially!However the driver was professional and friendly."

Always had great service with Aeroport Taxi and Limousine. We use the Luxury Full Size SUV, Flat Rate from where we live to Toronto Pearson Airport. Clean vehicles, Always On Time and drivers were always, safe, courteous and pleasant to talk with. We will use them again. You won't be disappointed!

I wanted to use this company more than once before writing my review.I used them in Feb for a drop off to the airport. After the driver came 15 min before my requested time, I got a call from the cab driver asking me to come out quickly. You are not obligated to do so, and you can show up (according to their website) within 15 min after your requested time.When I used them again for an airport trip in May, the driver was very polite and understanding and got us to the airport without issues.We were traveling with a toddler both times, and booking a vehicle with a car seat through their website was smooth and simple.

Our group of 5 just used Aeroport Taxi and Limo for a trip to and from Pearson. It was 5+ star service! (We had a full sized SUV on the way there and a mini van on the way back.)From start to finish your service was convenient, reliable and efficient. The entire experience, from booking to payment was easy and seamless. You took the stress out of our transportation worries, not to mention, your rates are unbelievably reasonable. I contacted many airport taxi services. Many did not pick up their phone, and only one returned my call to say they can't do short notice pickups. However when I called Aeroport Taxi & Limousine Service they not only answered their phone, they assured me that of course they could provide me with a ride to the airport when I called them the same day! The driver showed up on time, was courteous and cheerful, and I got to the airport when I asked to be taken there. I will definitely use their services only going forward.

Great experience using this service. We ordered a baby seat for our toddler - the dispatcher was easy to understand, friendly, and repeated the order for accuracy - when the van arrived for our booking it was modern, clean, and the baby seat was high quality and installed properly when the driver arrived. I will definitely use the service again.

Well that was easy. Booked online, called when I was headed to the taxi door and car picked me up within 5 minutes. Drive was as expected and there was just one all in price to pay which appeared in red, on the dashboard device, for the entire trip.

I rented 2 minivans. They came to the designated area within 10 minutes after I called their hotline to confirm the reservation I made two months ago. The person who answered the call is very courteous and helpful. He made sure to dispatch the minivans right away. The minivans are clean and the drivers are very careful with their driving. I paid 83 CAD for each of the minivans. 10/10 experience. Very reasonable price for the service that they provide. I will render their services again.

Arrived at our adress early and waited for us promptly. The driver was pleasant and helped us loading out huge heavy bags. The car had plenty of space and the drive to the airport from downtown was smooth despite the usual heavy traffic. I downloaded the app and will use their services again when we come back to Toronto
