MedPro Respiratory Care

Consistently bad customer service. We need nebulizers and related gear and have been dealing with MedPro for the past 9 years. I would happily switch companies if we could, but, to the best of my knowledge, they are the only ones. No one seems to know anything about the products they sell, and I am always required to leave voice mail and wait for them to call us back. A few times, I have shown up at the office to purchase replacement mask parts that I confirmed were instock and on hand and then made to feel unwelcome and told to wait outside in the parking lot while they tried to figure out who I had talked to. (They don't like kids or noise or talking in their waiting area). All in all, this company is very poorly run. Not impressed.

I would like to comment on the customer service at Medpro. And I will if I ever get any. Initial contact was in Surrey office. I was treated like a bad smell by a female employee and given a machine to try and one mask. No discussion about options.I found out accidentally they had an office in Langley so I arranged to talk to someone else there.He was better, I must admit. Until the CPAP machine was bought!Since then, nothing. No follow up.The are other businesses in the area, which I'll be contacting when the time comes. Also replacement parts are available on Amazon at a fraction of the price.
