After getting a colossal core shot I was referred to these guys. Doubtful, I dropped off my split and waited for an assessment. I was given a quote by phone, and a week later I picked up my perfectly repaired split completely fixed and tuned. BEST PART: they came in ~10% under estimate.

Really friendly team in here, did a great service on my board, and gave me some great advice on working on another - didn't push to do the work themselves, just genuine advice about what to do. Really appreciate that kind of thing, so highly recommend

Awesome experience! While skiing sunshine I managed to rip one of my bindings right off my ski. I stopped by The Tune Shop less than an hour before close, and their first question was “are you skiing tomorrow?” They bent over backwards to make sure I could still catch the first chair at Lake Louise the next morning. For a very reasonable price they remounted my bindings, gave the skis a quick wax and dropped them at my hotel before 10 pm. Definitely my go to ski shop in Banff now! Thanks guys, you rock!!

We showed up and happened to see them walking up before they opened. He took the time to check in with us to see if we needed help (since we were obviously waiting for them to open). The gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable and able to complete a hydraulic brake bleed almost right away. I'll come back here next time for sure!

Put a massive core shot in my board so I took it in and was delighted find out it could be done as a regular tune. Amazing price for quality service and quick turn around. Will be coming back in the future.

Great guys here. They answered the phone promptly. I brought my board in after a day of street riding- I’ve never put my base through that kind of abuse before. They took it in for repair after 5pm on a holiday Monday and they had the board fully tuned, looking mint AND DELIVERED to my hostel by 9:30 pm that SAME NIGHT. Way better value here then trying to self service a nasty wound in this town. Buttery smooth board NOTE: The card machine doesn’t have a tip option so you’ll have to bring cash if you want to show the service workers some appreciation

After a solid day of lapping the dive, my quest for an untouched line took me into what looked like a fresh mini chute but turned out to be sharks taking a bite out of my poor Orca. Lost a solid chunk of base and gave The Tune Shop a call when I got down to my car. They were able to take it in at 4:15 pm and patch it up good as new, delivered to my hotel and waiting for me the next morning as I headed back out to ride.The base is good as knew and the fresh wax was a bonus. Amazing service, amazing prices, and amazingly fast.
